Pak Choi is a member of the mustard family and its variations are amongst the most popular vegetables used in Chinese cooking in Hong Kong and parts of Southern China and now commonplace in European cooking.
Sow seeds March to July. Sow seeds thinly, 12mm deep, in rows 38cm apart. Thin to 20cm. Keep well watered throughout.
Harvest April to October - Cut the whole plant at its base.
