If I subscribe from the website will it apply to the app too? and vice versa?
Yes, as long as you use the same email address when purchasing a subscription from here as you use in the app, the subscription will apply to both
Can I pay using PayPal instead?
Yes you can if purchasing a subscription on the website. Just select PayPal as your payment options at checkout.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to be able to use the service, at the level you purchased, until your subscription was due to expire. At which point you won't be charged again and your subscription will transfer to a Free level account.
You will need to cancelled using the your purchased the subscription through. App or Website etc.
If I cancel my subscription will my data be deleted?
No. Your subscription will transfer to a Free level account. You will still be able to view your plans and renew your subscription at any time as you need.
If you would like us to delete the data we hold, you can delete your account.
I only want to use Essentials or Advanced for a few months. Can I just purchase 1,2 or 3 months?
Yes, if you only need to use the Essentials or Advanced subscription levels for a few months you can subscribe to a monthly subscription. Then cancel the subscription when you're done. Your account will revert to the free level once your subscription expires. You can then re-subscribe next year when you need to use the service again. You will still be able to view the plans you made using the free level of access throughout the rest of the year.
Will I still be able to view plans made using Essentials or Advanced subscriptions if I cancel my subscription?
Yes, the free account level lets you view plans made using any subscription level, even if you've cancelled your Essentials or Advanced Subscription. You won't be able to add new plantings if you are outside the free account limits. But you can still view your planting plans, notes, and jobs, including those using Custom Plants under the Advanced level of access if you subscribed to that level before.
If I'm subscribed to a monthly plan can I change to a yearly plan? and vice versa?
Yes, just update your plan by clicking on [Manage Billing / Subscription] which is available from the Account page once you've subscribed. Here you can change from Essentials to Advanced packages or from monthly to yearly subscriptions and vice versa.
My currency isn't listed can I still purchase a subscription?
Yes, You can still purchase a subscription using any of the currencies listed. Or, if you'd prefer to use your currency, let us know (Contact Us). And we will see if we can add your currency to the list.
I live in ******* country. Will planting schedules match my local climate?
Yes, we use international weather data to tailor planting schedules in VegPlotter to your local climate, whereever you live in the world.
I have a promo / discount code from an awesome creator or organisation. Can I use that?
Yes, On the checkout page, where you enter your payment details, click the [Add Promotion Code] button and enter it there. If you're using a device with a small screen you may need to drop the [details] menu down at the top of the screen to see the [add promotion code] option.
