Veg Plotter Ltd ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://vegplotter.com website (the "Service").

We will only store your personal information whilst you are a user of our services as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not use our services for two years your personal information will be deleted from our systems (with the exception of payments recieved and invoices sent where we are legally required to store certain data for longer). We will send notification 7days prior to deletion of your personal information and provide opportunity to cancel the deletion process.

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.   • Amazon Web Services (AWS) - The VegPlotter website and Vegetable Garden Planning software is hosted on AWS infrastructure.
    On the AWS infrastructure we store: your email address, username, broad location and any garden plans, notes and photos that you've uploaded to or created in VegPlotter systems.

  • Stripe - We accept payments through the Stripe platform. Information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and your billing information will be processed and stored in the Stripe platform.

  • Brevo - We use the Brevo software platform to send emails automatically sent from our Vegetable Garden Planning and Allotment Planning software. We also use it to maintain our Newsletter subscriber list and send out our Regular Newsletters.
    On the Brevo platform we store: your email address, username and whether you've subscribed to our newsletter services in the Brevo platform.

  • KingSumo - We use the KingSumo software platform to manage and adminster our Giveaways and Sweepstakes. This allows us to maintain fairness during our sweepstakes and giveaways and allows us to collect and segragate entries from VegPlotter's main systems.
    On the KingSumo platform we temporary store: your email address, any social media handle names you've provided, and whether you've choosen to subscribe to the VegPlotter newsletter service.

  • Google - We use two Google services:
    Google Analytics to monitor the use of and traffic volumes to our Website and Vegetable Garden Planning Software, and
    GSuite for managing our corporate systems (email and office applications). for example, if you send us an email or use the contact us form the email sent to us will be recieved by and stored in Google's Gsuite Platform.

  • TrustPilot - We use TrustPilot to gather and manage customer reviews for our services. We may contact you via email to invite you to review any services and/or products you received from us in order to collect your feedback and improve our services. We use an external company, Trustpilot A/S (“Trustpilot”), to collect your feedback which means that we will share your email address with Trustpilot for that Purpose.
    We may also use such reviews in other promotional material and media for our advertising and promotional purposes.

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you.
