How To Grow

Plums in containers can be planted all year round. Bare root trees are supplied in their dormant stage and should be planted in their dormant period. Position in a sheltered, sunny spot and plant into well-drained, fertile soil. Dig a hole wider than the root system and spread the roots out evenly along the bottom of the hole. Fill the soil back in and firm.

How/When To Harvesting

Plums will be ready to pick once they become fully coloured and they will feel soft when gently squeezed.
