Sage
Sage is a useful, good-looking and easy to grow herb. It offers a long season of harvest, and holds its flavour well when dried.
How To Grow
Plant in well-drained, sandy or loamy soils in full sun or light shade 1 to 2 weeks before the last spring frost.
How/When To Harvesting
Pinch off the leaves as and when required.
